I'm too exhausted to type today, sorry.

Food:
        Propel Zero : 0 calories
        Sugar Free Red Bull : 10 calories
        Subway 4" Veggie Delight w/ No Cheese on Wheat Bread  : 164 calories
       
Exercise:
        49 minutes of slow walking : -208 calories
        7 minutes of fast walking : -73 calories

Total calories : -92 calories! :)
